I have been fortunate to work closely with some women centric organizations such as Mary Kay, Udayan Care, Biz Divas Foundation and a bunch of strong female leaders like Hina Nagarajan & Tara Singh Vachani. They all nurtured me into the professional I am today. I am grateful to the universe for giving me this chance. To maintain the balance I always felt the need to give back, and empower a few women myself, tried in my own small ways, but never really got a chance to do something larger about it. 

 

Here I was in the 24th year of my professional journey and Covid hit the entire world disrupting so many lives. Many of us decided to take this disruption head on and turn it into an opportunity and reinvent our lives. So in March 2021, I hung my boots to follow my calling.

 

Luckily, I knew what I wanted to do when I quit, but I didn't have a business plan or a brand identity in my mind. I had a basic idea about collaborating with professional & dedicated, freelancing women from across the country who are happy to work remotely. I wanted to turn the adversity of the pandemic into an opportunity for myself as well as these women.

 

But those collaborations take time and effort. It took me a few months to give an idea, the concrete shape, while I continued working as a consultant. That idea is now ready.


 

Momentum Brand Communications envisions to help build and scale-up new-age brands that can change the world and stand for values of sustainability, transparency, inclusivity, equality and diversity. But most of all, see a common value in building an Integrated Customer Experience. 

 

We have more than 80% women team members. Some creative thinkers, some hardcore tech geeks, some marketing pros while some only talk numbers. They are spread over generations from X to Z. But they all have one thing in common - They are women who want to change the world around them. In the process we met some supportive men as well, who wanted to contribute too. So came the other 20% of the team. (No pun intended here for being a minority ;-) )

 

Together we set ourselves on a mission to empower Start-ups and SMEs to build and scale-up brands that should sell yet don't need hard selling. With our 360 degree Brand Consultancy and full-stack Marketing Service Solutions, we believe we are helping build a shared future that we all deserve.
